Accidentally Killed Girlfriend In Dream?

I was at a daycare. We left for some reason and we were on a motorcycle (I don’t know how to ride one in real life). We sped off, and in a matter of seconds, the motorcycle did a wheelie and we both flew off of the bike as it gave way beneath us. I rolled a couple of feet. My girlfriend, on the other hand, rolled a lot more and she hit her forehead on a light pole. I ran to her as fast as I could and I helped her get up. I looked around for scratches and there were none. I asked her if she was okay and she said yes. She then put her hand up to her forehead as if she had a headache, and suddenly, blood started to ooze out from underneath her hands. Some random medic/nurse person came and she went with them. I felt relieved after she said she was okay for some reason. I then went and checked out the nursery and what everyone was doing. All of a sudden, my stepdad appears from a balcony from above and tells me that she “didn’t make it.” I was crushed. Literally. I felt so horrible, but I didn’t know it was a dream. I finally woke up but up to now (a day after the dream), I still have some lingering anxieties. I get paranoid if she doesn’t reply to her phone – text or calls.
Please help me figure out what this means.
I’m paranoid about dreams involving death. I never die in my dreams.
So several years ago, I had a dream that a close relative of mine fell out of a cargo truck and died. Several weeks later, he really died in real life. I’m really worried about my dream right now.
Does it mean that my girlfriend’s going to die? Does it mean that I’m going to be the one behind it? I love her so much and I would never hurt her.
