Advise About Valium/diazipam Experenced People Only Please?

I’m on a 30mls per day. However I don’t want to go in to all the details but the long and short of it is that sometimes I don’t take them for a whole week, other times I take more than 30mls…I’m not keeping a steady dose going.
OBVIOUSLY I know this is having an affect on me, but with so many emotional problems whirling around, I’m finding it hard to tell what is natural depression and what is side affects.
I’ve read online but cannot find any thing about messing around with doses and what affect IF ANY that has on a person.
Is valium out of my systems in 24hours or longer…I’m trying to grasp what is what, sorry to sound confusing if I do.
I DON’T want to ask the doctor right now, because I don’t want to jeopardy my prescription, I’m really looking to find out if the valium is responsible for my mood swings or that they are just there regardless…or something like that¬
