Am I Damaging My Long Term Health By Cycling 80days On Bad Food In Heatwave?

I am now at day 55 at 2200km. I wasnt that fit when I started but my legs are pretty strong now. I am very concerned about my chest or general health.
Please just read it and say what you think, should I go on? eat more? i am a bit scared and taking 2 days off reading.
I started in Athens, cycled through italia,Austria and now in Wuryburg, germany, the idea is to get to Dusseldorf in the next 18 days.
But I am not sure If i should. The last week in germany was hell, 37degrees every day and i did 400km in 5 days. Eating only bread rolls in morning, sandwich and lots of bannanas for lunch and wateer i can get cheaply at restaurant for dinner-
I am no expert but cycling 80km every day i think I am hurting my body, I am trying to drink 6liters of water a day, so its ok.
Symptoms- I dont really feel sick, but once in a while my hands shake a bit, and it really worrys me that i can count 7ribs if I lift my arms…am I dangeresously underweight or still ok? And When i lay on my stomache i can feel my heart beating, maybe its just very strong but it it feels strange, just like feeling my organs in my chest, like when i drank too little water i can feel a bit strange in my back about where my kidneys is. I think my organs have too little internal fat from all the strain. But in 20days i am finished? And if i get food i can eat non stop so should I recover?
I am mean i can still go on, just wondering how bad it is…

The only problems you would experience would be short-term problems. You could get sore, stiff, dehydrated, hypoglycemic… just keep drinking a lot and make sure you also eat enough. It sounds like you may not be getting enough calories. If you are seriously malnourished then you will not be ABLE to do this, so I doubt you are to that point yet. I assume you are in good shape or you would not be doing this, so you should be fine. You won’t have long-term effects unless you injure yourself.
