Cant Sleep Alone And Im Worried?

I’m a fifteen year old teenager. I find it difficult to sleep alone, I have been sleeping with my mom or one of my friends since i was a little girl, i dont think i will ever be able to sleep alone, when i was little i think i saw a ghost, i have woke up standing and i have never been able to sleep alone since. I dont think that it is right that i cannot sleep alone, when my mom gets up at night and goes to go to the bathroom or something and i notice she is gone, i begin to panic, i automatically go under the covers and hide, and i start hearing things or think that something is hovering over me going to hurt me, and my heart starts racing, and i start breathing heavy and i sweat a lot. I’m scared that I will never be able to sleep alone.please answer. id really appreciate it.
