I’m too anxious to sleep. I don’t want to take anti anxiety meds or antidepressants. I feel like I have too much to do to sleep as far as work goes. Lately I’ve been staying up for 24 hours straight, and then falling asleep at 1 am and sleeping till about 4 pm the next day, and continuing the cycle.. I can’t break it.. any advice? I guess the obvious answer is just to force myself to wake up early and try to get back on track..
