Clear Mucus In Morning?

For the last few months Ive had this thing where my throat feels tight (I have a small amount of anxiety so i’ve always classed this as the thing causing it) but also ive had a constant ‘nose full’ mostly every morning. I tend to blow my nose about four or five times and without sounding to graphic each tissue is full.
If it helps the mucus is always clear and sometimes the normal yellow, but around 95% its clear and never ever bloody.
Could this be dust allergies? Or would that have colour?
