You know what hun anxiety is such a hard disease to get a handle on and yes I know what you had was a anxiety attack. I have been suffering from them since I was 12 andnow am almost 30! They have gotten me into trouble time and time again. The feeling you get is as if the world is closing in on you. You can be sitting there laughing your butt off at the worlds most famous comedian and is hit is a second. You all in a sudden start having your heart race, you feel dizzy, nausiated and like the walls are closing in. You “know” something bad is going to happen but it more then likely never does. I always have the feeling as if something is going to happen and to me I am 100% sure it is going to happen but usually never does. I have the fear that if I say anything to anyone then what I say is going to happen as well. If my kids or my husband are out of the house, I always get these horrible feelings and “know” something happened but when they arrive back home I know my anxiety took me over! Everyday the anxiety may get worse, and then eventually taper off a bit for a little while, a day,week or a month you may have a real bad attack once again. Hun, I suggest you see a doctor about this, as anxiety WILL consume your life! Good luck hun and please get some help. It has been ruining my life for almost 18 years and continues to do so until they can find me the proper meds.
