Dream About Ice Skating Rink In The Past? Kind Of Long, But Please Read?

I was a tour guide and I could time travel. I was leading a group of people. I time travelled to a local park in the past. I had the ability to see the people in the past, whereas the other people couldn’t. There was an old man looking at a wanted poster on a tree. I said hello to him. There was also a wolf who wore a dress and a nightcap and walked and talked like a human. (I think he was the wolf from Little Red Riding Hood.) He was friends with the man.
We went to the play area of the park, where there was a huge ice skating rink! There were tons of people skating really fast, nearly bashing into each other, all over the place. I began explaining to them that eventually there would be cars, roads, television, etc, etc…They started to worry because they didn’t want things to change. Suddenly, a huge spinning top the size of a car started to spin over the ice skating rink. Everyone panicked and started to skate faster and faster. The marks they were making in the ice were turning orange. I yelled at them to calm down, but they wouldn’t listen! Eventually, they calmed down and I went to sit on a place like where you watch football matches with the wolf, the man and the people on the tour, but watching the ice rink instead. The wolf was no longer acting like a human, he was just a wolf and he looked up at me and smiled kindly.
What does this dream mean? The time period also doesn’t make any sense. It seemed like it was in the times of Robin Hood, but the man was dressed in Victorian era clothes. Also, why was there an ice skating rink if it was supposed to be so long ago? Explain please?
