I have been married for five months now and well every really stress full situation i freak out (i cry,panic,scream/fight,im scared, extremly depressed, anxious, lack of impulse control) but i do have emotional flash backs, now i never went to the doctor about this because have no idea what it is. i love my husband and i want kids but if i cant kick this my life will be lonely.. how do i help my self so i can enjoy others around me?

I think first you need to see your doctor – just your medical doctor will do – and tell him/her the situation stressing your anxiety then depression. I think primarily your issues is anxiety. It is difficult to adjust to living with someone else – which brings me to my second point –
When you feel this panic begin take deep, slow breaths. Do not answer until you have paused and thought. There is nothing wrong with collecting your thoughts before you respond. Then try to talk in a calm manner. If you are going to cry, excuse yourself and in private try to regain your composure.
Try this and also get some anxiety meds.
At least you deal with the situations. With my husband I will say – Do what you think, I can’t talk about it!
Keep your chin up – things will improve.

I would suggest that you call and schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist who can evaluate you, give you a proper diagnosis, and come up with a treatment plan. I’m not going to try to diagnose you. I’ll leave that to the professionals. Do this for yourself, your husband, and your future children. Goodluck to you & your husband!
