I have been depressed ever since my girlfriend broke up with me. I started taking pain killers to numb the pain. I am in high school and am in A.P. student. We broke up after going out for a decent while. I screwed up not her. It hurts so much. I knew it probably wouldnt last. She was my first girlfriend. But know that she is gone it hurts so badly.

Ive been in your spot and if you two were really
into eachother then maybe you should talk
to her. When that happened 2 me i talked to my
boyfriend after a couple days so we could both
calm down and we just talked about how it hurts
more not being with eachother then the arguement
we had. You could always talk it out if you are both
willing to resolve your problems. In your case you

at this time i would say do what i did … go have some guys time … party or do what ever
try to enjoy the single life and go crazy … i m not a party kindda guy so i go race and the race track and work on my car and watch A LOT of youtube and comedians on youtube … watch (mitch fatel) … he is really funny … look up his videos … saw him and live and he is freaking funny … try to find more people like that on youtube .. there is like tons of them
and you are not the only one out there … there is like millions of us who got dumped by people who we thought were our best friend …. and when you dont know it —————> your are going to find a better girl like the one i found and you are going to be laughing back at your past and thinking you were stupid for crying over her and wasting your time …. believe me man; unless you were dating megan fox then dont worry about it … you ll be with a better girl sooner than you expect … just keep your eyes open and dont look too much … it will come to you

I have had a broken heart more than once. In my experience it will go away in time. It usually takes 1/3 of the time that the relationship lasted. For example, if you dated for one year, it will take 4 months. The length of time experiencing this depression may be shortened if you become involved in another relationship with someone you are truly attracted to. Pain killers will ruin your life possibly forever so stop taking them immediately. Abusing pain pills takes away your tolerance for pain. If you really do get hurt, pain relievers will not work if you abuse them. Trust me, NO girl will want you if you become an addict so stop NOW. Accept a little pain now or ruin your life forever. Seriously have you ever seen how drug abusers end up? It’s not glamorous. No one will pity you. Go see funny movies as often as possible until the 1/3 time period is over.
