I’m 16 years old and 5’3 at 197 lbs.I used to weigh 207, then lost 10 pounds from going on a diet and working out here and there. It took 3-4 months to lose those 10 pounds because I wasn’t as dedicated, but I’m changing all that.
My dream and my goal is to show up at the Senior prom for my old school (I began cyber school from being picked on and having social anxiety in my old high school. I graduate next school year) as a skinny girl, a new me, and I want to see the look on the people’s faces who ever made me feel bad about myself.
My daily plan is to wake up, go for a mile brisk walk, eat a healthy meal half an hour after the walk, do a half hour workout, have another healthy meal half an hour after that, then go for one last mile brisk walk, and half an hour after that have my last healthy meal of the day. Any time during the day I can have one healthy snack.
I have a year and a half-ish to lose 70 pounds. With this daily workout and meal plan, do you think I can achieve that? Please, I really need advice.



Dude this reminds me of me! I was 197 pounds and I lost 33 pounds in 3 months, I’m in cyber school too cuz of people at school and I graduate this year and I’m 16 too! I know how you feel, people say that losing weight is so hard but if you set your mind to it then it’s not that hard I’m 164 right now and still moving on just eat right and exercise. Even by just eating right you will lose weight and count your calories. I hated exercising but i met my boyfriend that show me how fun and easy working out is now we go to the gym together <3 but be for I met him I didn’t really exercise I just ate right and counted my calories, I ate 800-1000 calories but that’s for my high I’m 5’7. I’m sorry hun, but no one could answer that. It depends on your commitment to lose weight, your body type, all kinds of factors. Consult a dietician and be committed to your goal. The rest will come.
It depends on the diet your on and how much/often you exercise.
