No lectures, etc I know this is unhealthy. Give realistic answers not stupid things like ‘nothing’ or ‘you’ll die’ . If I ate 200 cals and danced for 30 mins everyday, how much weight will I lose in 2 weeks ? I know it’s easy to gain it all back but that’s my problem. Just answer the question. I’m 15, 5’2 and 123 lbs. Don’t tell me I don’t need to lose weight, I am borderline overweight as I checked by teenage bmi and if I gained another 5kg I’d be overweight. Just answer the question.



You can loose about 6 – 7 kg but again,it´s unhealthy and you will be loosing more muscles than fat,but if that´s what you want,go ahead and loose your 7 kg,if you dance 1 hour a day,maybe 10
You would lose between half a stone and 10lbs approximately.
