I get stressed out very easily. I’ll think about things days on end until they get done; but say, for example, I have a big project due in 3 weeks. I’ll try to get started on it, but I’ll get all stressed out and pissed off. So I’ll put it off for longer, but that’ll give me terrible anxiety.
I just started high school. It’s not going bad. But I’m getting anxious everyday I go there that I’ll do something wrong. What can I do to decrease the stress?

I’m an anxious person myself, and I tend to put things off when I get stressed and that leads to more stress. So, my advice for you is maybe get yourself a planner and write down all the assignments that are due in your classes next time you go to those classes. Tell your parents that you’re stressed out about school and trust me, they’ll do anything in their power to get you de-stressed and ready for another day of school. Have them help you keep track of assignments and have them stay in contact with your teachers. My parents did that with me and that kept me from flunking most of my classes.
Very easy right out a chart of times you want to set aside to do things and dont waver off of it those are you only times you HAVE to do something other times is your time and to do whatever you want time
So set down you have a pro. due in 3 weeks write down everything that has to be done with it set out how much you have to get done each day (should be pretty small when you break it up ) and say set a time from 5-6 to work on it for 20-30 min in that time doing whatever you need to do for it
You can use this with your whole life I am 30 and still do this I have a three year old in college have two shops I own a home two cats and two dogs lol busy life in the middle of that I have my family in laws our motorcycle rides and family nights my point is that life dont get any less busy so learn your own way to deal with it NOW !
