Hp Hiring Technicians, But I Can’t Get A Hold Of Them!?

I’ve worked in a photo center for over three years and I’m very interested in becoming a technician for either Fuji or HP. Our HP representative came by today and told me that there are no techs in Arkansas, and they are desperately searching and willing to train.
The problem is, the techs are contracted out, and not actually part of HP, and she wasn’t sure of who held the contract on the HP techs for this area.
I’ve google searched every possible combination to try and find out, and I’m at my wits end.
Does anyone know who contracts for HP in Arkansas? Or know how to FIND who holds contracts for certain companies?
