Ok no offence but that’s a bit too dramatic. I have panic attacks and I have anxiety problems so I know what its like. But don’t think about the gir you like dying, b/c that’s just a waste of a panic attack.
I am glad your heart found someone, but ,in my opinion, the imagination is very powerful. Just do things that cause you joy.
