I Had A Tubal Ligation 16wks.. Ago After My Third C Section, Now Im Having Pregnancy Symptoms?

I had my third c-section just 16 wks ago and had a tubal ligation during the surgery. I am only 24 and now eventhough my periods were regular at first my last period was only spotting for two days and I have had light pink spotting a few times since I am also tired cranky and Sooo hungry cravings and all. My milk also has came back a little even though its been gone for 14 wks. Could I be pregnant so soon after a tubal. Has this happned to anyone else?
