theres no one i could talk to or who can listen to my problems. I think i would do some thing crazy if i dont get help.

You really need to speak to someone. Noone is ugly.
Can you speak to your boyf and family? Your relatioships might be rocky BECAUSE your depressed. Depression changes our behaviour sometimes and we can come across moody, agitated, fly off the handle, shout scream etc. Its normal depressive behaviour. You can explain this to them and once they realise how low you are they will understand and help you…Please please try to speak to them. It may feel like they dont care but they do they truly do.
Depression makes people feel alone even when they are not physically alone. i remember it all too well.
You may not feel like doing anything (i remember just straing at the wall and crying for hours and not moving from bed for weeks, npt wanting to do anything but sleep). If there is any tv shows (funny ones) that might lift your mood even just for a minute, then watch those. I used to watch friends/ ally mcbeal all sorts when i was feeling a little better.
Please go and see your doctor. Sending you a hug.
It sounds like you are experiencing a psychosomatic symptom – the headache is a physical symptom of your psychological distress. Is it the headache that is causing the stress, or the stress that is causing the headaches? It could be a little of both – in other words, you might need to see a doctor for the headaches alone, and see a counselor/psychologist/psychiatrist to handle the emotional issues. If you’re crying for 6 hours straight, you could be suffering from crying spells. Your best bet in this situation might be to see a family doctor, PCP (general physician), who could handle all of your problems in one shot. Killing two birds with one stone, so to speak. Whatever you do, don’t put it off – crying for 6 hours straight is mos tlikely an indicator of underlying psychological issues.
I myself suffer from crying spells sometimes – I spoke with a counselor and we more or less worked it out, talking things through. I have fou nd that tlaking things through with other ppl is a great way to resolve crying spells.
Good luck
