I Have Continuing And Constant Pain In My My Abdomen, It Is Tender To Touch. Help, I’m Worried.?

By admin Posted in: Uncategorized

Three days ago I noticed pain in my lower right abdomen, it hurt when I moved my right leg. I felt no other symptoms because I felt fine, I assumed it was a cramp of some sort. The pain did not go away but it remained mild, but there. It was very localized, it hurt in my lower right abdomen but especially in a certain area. It is not actually sore when I am walking or still, just very tender and painful to touch. I have suffered no vomiting, no loss in appetite but I did feel sick after eating. I am unsure what is wrong, I don’t think the pain is serious enough to be appendicitis, but it not a cramp either. It is just very, very sore to touch. The tenderness also sometimes feels like its spreading to other areas of my abdomen. I am very worried but unsure whether to contact a doctor. Please help me, please.

At first I thought it had something to do with doing exercise after a long time, but I’m unsure about that.
You should take some medicine to lessen the pain. Wait for a day or two, if the pain is still there, then you should go see a doctor. I hope my advice helped.

Visit a doctor or nurse as soon as possible (not the emergency room though). A doctor will know based on the exact area whether it is the appendix or not. Moving your right leg can involve your lower abdomen muscles, which puts pressure on the area and may be why you feel it then.
If you are a woman, it could also be a gynocological issue. Again, a doctor can tell by the area involved and could refer you to an OBGYN if you don’t already have one.
Actually, if you have an OBGYN and feel more comfortable with that doctor then make an appointment and have that doctor check it out as soon as possible.
Appendicitis can develop quickly and you don’t want to end up in the ER. Same with an OBGYN problem.
There are a lot of extended hour clinics that you can go to now with registered nurses.. WalGreens, some Publix, and many others have the nursing stations. For only $30-60 they will examine you, with or without health insurance.
