Ok I’m warning you either option you choose if you like my answer will be difficult but, then again so is life. Sorry but it’s true. ok well here.
Option 1:
You move on, make sure you don’t let him see your upset. Flirt around with other guys and show him what a mistake he made, if he comes back begging for forgiveness tell him no. A guy that dumps you on facebook isn’t worth your time or tears and make sure he knows that.
Option 2:
You still like him but don’t let him know. If he knows he hurt you then he’ll just do it again, make him jelous by seeing other guys, and at the end of that if you still like him and he asks you out again you say yes but, don’t fall so hard for him so fast make him see his mistake and see if he changes if not and catch him looking at his ex again dump him and move on.

If a relationship only lasted a week, he didn’t love you. Don’t cry over him, it was a week. Guys say whatever they want to get what they want. Obviously he likes his ex. Be the better person and show him what he had lost. He’s you’re first boyfriend, doesn’t mean he was ‘The Guy’.
No need to mope around, you’ll find a guy who will love you for more than a week.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much that you can do.. Time is the only thing that will help you get over your first love. It’ll take a while, and you’ll never fully get over him; there’ll always be a little part of you that loves him because he introduced you to those amazing feelings.
My advice would be to not try to get back with him at all. He seems like a jerk in my opinion (going to his ex straight after and breaking up with you over facebook. Seriously, who does that?).
Time away from him will slowly ease the pain but it may take a while.

Look, this has happened to me too. Just be hopeful. If you feel you really love him, there’s nothing you can do but wait for them to split. DON’T TRY TO RUIN THEIR RELATIONSHIP! It won’t solve anything. You probably will get over him believe it or not, you just have to date someone else. Don’t waste your time over someone who didn’t care for you. But, don’t just date someone for the heck of it so you can get over him.
This sounds like a middle school relationship. Or an early high school relationship. Sorry if its not. Know that you have plenty of time to find someone else. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Know you are worth it and any boy who gets with you is lucky. His loss. You’re gonna get through this.
