little embarrassed to say this, 31 year old male physically fit, but for the last week I’ve been getting gas every day. i have bowel movements every night though but i have to drink a lot of water. no blood in stool. Is this a normal occurrence that people go through. should i have reason for concern. ive’ been on lorezepam from march to august then i started taking alprazolam. could this medicine be causeing my symptoms

It could very well be a side effect of the medication but it could just as well be diet related. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about yet though. I’d try using some OTC gas meds and eat good balanced diet. If it doesn’t go away or is very bothersome you should see a doctor to be on the safe side. The symptoms you describe just sounds like one of those things that happens sometimes.
