I have tried to help him and understand him, but he gets so angry at times and yells at me in front of the kids and doesn’t think he does it. His temper scares me and the kids. But then he always apologizes and turns into a sweet, if somewhat obnoxious, teddy bear.

if he loves his family he will do it. tell him how it is because you and the kids should not have to be abused and then sweetened by it. he knows he has a condition and he needs to take care of himself to take care of you guys. i feel like there is hope in this situation but you need to get tough with him. let him know you love him and his family needs him but he will lose all that if he does not take his meds. i hope this works out for you all.

NO, I don’t think you should divorce him, talk to him and tell him how you feel and I suggest you both go to couples therapy it may actually help. I hope it all works out for both of you good luck.
