What Would You Say To A Person Who Is A Showboater (lacks Popularity, A “wealthy” Man Around An Urban Group),?

He thinks people in urban communities can’t afford anything, as if the people are “nobody”; this “man” does silly, goofy things just for attention to notice him. He is a person who thinks just b/c ppl work in urban communities or live there,,, they don’t make it out of the urban community; he thinks their unintelligent (when he is the one who lacks intelligence); thinks that ppl of the inner city urban communities don’t or have never been to the suburbs! Come on now! It kind of makes people think negative connotation.
Now what would you say to make this person feel small & stupid? How would you use your intelligence in your response to kick his a$$ verbally?
