I am very anxious about college and when I go on their websites (North Park University, University of St. Louis,University of Missouri, atc ) to take part in the online applications to print out and send, most say 2010-2011 undergraduates or just a simple 2010-2011.
Is it okay for me to fill those out and send them? Or are these still for 2010 seniors and what not? (Or rolling applications?)
And some application need about 40 dollars, but I am on financial need, How do I get around it.
Do I need to send them papers or something for the waiver?
I am a senior in high school graduating in 2011.

Generally speaking, you want to apply one year before you’ll actually be attending. So if you plan on attending college in the fall of 2011, you should be working on your applications right now and you should be planning to have them mailed before the final deadlines for each school.
You need to contact individual schools to find out if there is a way to waive for application fee (usually there is but different schools may have different procedures).
You should start applying to colleges at the beginning of your senior year.
Few if any colleges give application waivers.
Perhaps you should GET A JOB, so you can afford the application fee.
You should be working on your essays and application right now. Send your application in November or December. Before your college deadlines.
