You are extremely nice, there are lots of nice people too, apart from the bad ones.
No one, (well at least myself) hates Muslims. What we hate is the ideology. Anyone who hates a person based on race/religion is racist and fascist. However Islam is more than a religion, it’s also an ideology and hating an ideology is not racism because an ideology is not a person, it’s an idea. In comparison, the Muslim idology is similar to communism and fascism but people are named heroes when they speak out against those things.
Islam is an ideology that cannot coexist in the enlightened western world and as a result the western world is being taken over by the ideology of islam. Not too different to the fear of the spread of communism all those years ago.
Prove it..ok. In england muslims are allowed to insult other religions but no one is allowed to insult islam, In fact, the insult of islam will not only land you in jail/fine , but also see you soon in the grave to the hands of Muslims. The ideology has corrupted good muslims for years, it must be stopped.
The fact that i have two thumbs down regrettably confirms my suspicions of the ideologies ability to prosper when the hated minority. Black people got over it, i think muslim people should too.
People hate Muslims so much because they think Islam teaches violence.
You see, people like the taliban who are supposedly Muslims, love blackening Islam’s name. Either those people are extremely stupid people who misinterpret the Quran terribly, or they are not at all Muslims and just want to give Islam a bad name. I believe the latter option.
People love picking random verses from the Quran and saying they promote violence. The Quran is not just guidance for us, it was also guiding the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) back then when the non-Muslims were fighting him. So the verses speak of standing strong against idolators and fighting them with no mercy. Those verses do not mean that us Muslims now should start attacking non-Muslims for no reason. Unfortunately people dont bother to do research about Islam before posting verses and targeting Islam.
People hate Muslims so much because the media feeds them wrong information. Because a terrorist group is calling themselves Muslims while they are not. Because people need someone to blame, and they think its easiest to blame us.
I, as a Muslim, see this hatred as a poorly disguised form of racism. Non-Muslims often over generalize, and think that all of us Muslims have explosive jackets in our closets and we go around shooting non-Muslims. I’m not worried about the hatred, I just dont like the insulting of our beliefs and Allah and the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him)
All religions are not stupid. Every religion teaches to follow goodness except Islam.
Islam teaches to kill or make captive all those who are non Muslims. Islam is a false religion because their book is made from Bible. They manipulated bible and called it a revelation. Their prophet is not at all a prophet but a cunning wicked man who was a sexual pervert. Since Islam is the only religion that cheated its followers in every respect, all others hate it.
I think a lot of it has to do with the black/white good/evil thing.
A lot of people see fundamentalist Muslims as being hateful, and using God to justify no longer empathizing with their fellow man. We all have families, feelings, trials etc…
And then the voice of the moderate Muslim seems to not be loud enough condemning the “extremist.”
I went to a forum on Islam, and the Muslim representative from a “liberal” mosque in a big city kept justifying and equivocating terrorism and violence in Palestine and other places.
Obviously the world IS complex and there might be times (I hope not but sadly might be) where maybe violence is necessary if oppressed, etc? I don’t really know.
But it comes across poorly when there isn’t more focus on, “it is SAD about the situation in Israel, or how killing innocents in terrorist attacks is wrong” and more about “Do you realize why the Muslim world is angry?”
There might be very legitimate reasons why the Muslim world is angry. That’s fine, but I think it would paint a better picture if the voice of empathy was spoken louder along side rage.
I also think there SEEMS to be a lack of tolerance in the Muslim world. I understand the the Qu’ran talks about the heretic and those people of the book or Islam that turn against the Truth once knowing it, etc. But it also mentions numerous times (as does the Bible) about how this life is a chance to worship Allah/God and choose God and prove your love for the most Merciful.
If people are getting killed for going apostate or flirting with apostate ideas they don’t really have much freedom of choice? This seems to be fundamental to many faiths. You can’t really Submit in Islam if you are killed. Yes, there is a fine line. If someone is “Evil” and going to murder and rape people that are innocent, to not take action is a violation of God’s law because they are hurting others’ lives.
But if someone isn’t hurting another, it seems rather harsh to have such a politically strong stance against freedom of religion to a lot in West. I don’t think the Qu’ran says the point of life was to not give people a choice to follow him.
Yes, I DO think Muslims get a bad rap, by the media and a lot of people. Is it FAIR that they should have to bend over backwards to change that perception? No.
But is it necessary? Probably.
And are Muslims trying to bend over backward to change the perception of Fundamentalist extremist? I honestly don’t see it that often. People interpret silence as condoning.
Islam is an intolerant religion – it wants its own way when in other countries – they do not “do as the Romans do when in Rome” – and 9/11 is the biggest indication of how intolerant the regime is – it should be wiped out from the planet before it causes any more damage – it also oppresses women – it should come into this century or be cast into the past where it belongs.

Because muzlims themselves are the sickest people around. How would you feel about a people whos religion told them to fly a plane into a building, killing over 3000 innocent Americans?
Them wanting to build a mosque to show how much they loved their little stunt doesn’t help us like them either.

Well, i recently visited some Christian states and i asked them why they hated Muslims so much and they told me that Muslim were the ones who crucified Jesus Christ and when i asked some Atheists, they answered that Muslims are terrorists. Just because some people with beard are terrorists, people think that beard is a sign of terrorism, but its not!~

No one on this site dislikes the Muslim faith more than I do, but I do not hate anyone. My God, The Father of Jesus Christ, Also Jesus Himself, and the Holy Spirit, teaches me that to hate anyone is wrong. So, In Gods love, I love everyone.
Since you hate all religions, you probably have not read the Qu’ran or the Holy Bible. There are places in the Qu’ran that teach that all infidels should be killed. You my friend, are an infidel, and so am I. Would you not agree that here is a little problem with liking this religion? Muslim extremists were responsible for the destruction on 911. You heard about that didn’t you? They just keep on giving us reasons to dislike their religion. Now they want to build a Mosque within two blocks of ground zero, where their call to prayer will be heard by all of those who are within hearing distance of the ground zero site.

Because they’re told to, given information to feed it, kept from information necessary for balanced judgment. Not many have the time or inclination to research the authority every little suggestion they come across. Easier to go with the flow, as everything else.
